Speaking of skinny white guys - I'm thinking of going to see the skinniest whitest tatooed guy in Huntington NY in Nov. Checked some of his recent videos on youtube and he's still got it. I think it's a no brainer - oh yeah I think he may have played some good ole rock 'n' roll . . . way back when.

Hey Now!! All I'm hearing listening to 12-14-71 is huge blues influence - Black Peter ???

Check out this on speedy arrow: 10/28/69 Garcia, Kaukonen, Casady, Dryden and Hart (only if your into that sort of thing)

Pain in my heart?????????!!!!!! not the blues?!?!? What planet are you from? I agree most of what they did would be defined as bluesy rather than the blues, but there is without a doubt a few select songs that were the blues, smokestack lightning is another fine example. I would say that those songs were rocky blues songs before I called them bluesy rock songs. Oh well you know what they say about opi2nions.

again not the 2 LOOK at the post. It has none of the 2 qualities.

OH again fine explanation of what they did. "rocky blues". I like it. Good call. Fine job sire! At least you know THEY WERE NOT the BLUES.

STUDY MUSIC BEFORE calling Black Peter a blues song or challenge me. Last time I checked blues songs DIDNT HAVE A BRIDGE. AGAIN sort of BLUES licks on a ROCK AND ROLL or BLUESY song! There is a difference!
